    It could be they want to realize the gain on their options at some time in the near future. They maybe anticipating further rise in the share price after the results of GRLs various drilling campaigns are released. To do this they need to convert the options to shares and then sell them. I would anticipate that there will be a slow early exercise of GRL options as people want to take their capital gain. If GRLs share price was to rise dramatically I think you would see more of this.
