Sorry i've missed something. how did we figure out who the shortfall went to (and clearly not us retail mugs!!). did someone email the company or something?
my CROO are showing a value of .016, so happy days 1500% gain already. but i didn't receive any shortfall and applied and paid for 6 times my entitlement, pretty shitty about that.
