100% agree with this. However complaining won't achieve much as it is ultimately at the Directors discretion. It does not bode well for investor relations... I still can't wrap my head around the fact that it was not underwritten, and over 30% was shortfall- and NONE went to regular shareholders. So much for rewarding shareholders lol
