I don't think you understand. The money went to CPS (their clients who did not apply for any shortfall).
This is not what was set out in the terms of the Prospectus.
Put it another way $124,000 shortfall is actually worth around $1.5m based on the last share price. That should have been distributed evenly based on the Prospectus.
Not to a bunch of people who probably don't even own the stock.
