i calculate nearly 40% margin when you take into account the face value of the CN vs funds paid to nuheara.

hence Lind could sell down to 3.6... and then convert again at 90% of VWAP. Rinse and repeat. Not saying it will happen, but if buyers dont step up to take Linds shares where else would this go?

TallP, this is why i think the market is currently discounting nuheara, and why when Lind is out share price should rerate to a fairer value.

if there was ever a time to average down, i think this is best opportunity while Lind continues to unload, and the prospects of an OEM with HP are possible.
