    what do you want? management to let them expire? there's only 190m SOI fully diluted. Better than most companies!

    TNT have 900m SOI fully diluted. They need a $900m MC to be $1. We need a $190m MC to be $1. (very achievable for us)

    Plus the higher the MC, the higher the TO offer (if/when one comes)
