yes right, as you have seen with the last couple escrowed share releases, large investor packet sales can cause SP price fall (even if they sell carefully in batches). These 1m shares won't be a problem if they are sold into a strongly rising SP market, as it will barely show on a strong trade day...its when sold in the middle of current low volume doldrums that it causes ST issues due to oversupply.
