If you believe that there is an opportunity elsewhere to make back your money, or if you think the share price will continue going down, sell and roll the loss into your tax return.
Otherwise, you can wait for drilling permit approval to be announced and drilling commencement announcements and see if the SP responds positively (which it usually would, both of those are very positive announcements).
