why? It’s 40m shares exercised gives the company roughly 18m cashflow with minimal dilution. Dilution to shareholders is well under 5%. You say if there is a takeover? What the hell would shareholders care of a takeover with 140m SOI. Are you serious that CGT comes into play on such a minute issue? That’s a ridiculous call to say CGT has any substance to a takeover. They not got any of mine for under a 3b MC.
