More dilution. SPP cannot even be confirmed as capped @ 3m. Lot of dilution going on lately. Last SPP was raised 4x. If 3m is raised 4x the company would raise 24m including the giveaway last week.
43m options at present give them another 20m plus. Where is all this money going? Change of sentiment to none, can hardly call the company a buy. The costs are 800k alone on this discounted share offer.
