    I don't know if you can connect this to the price action, except that someone who had options, thought that this would be a nice time to perhaps cash out. I.e price action has lead to someone exercising their options. Not that the price action is a result of someone wanting to exercise their options.

    The only way it could be the former is if it was McConnel who's options have now been exercising and that just doesn't make logical sense. Why buy 8m shares simply to cash out 750k new shares? Doesn't make a lot of sense to me.

    It's simply someone being opportunistic i would say.

    I hope more common board. I could use an opportunity to get these shares at a lower price.
