I think you’ve got it Backspacer. 37 mil shares were issued to the vendor HeraMED Israel at the IPO. Sad to note that David G. was scheduled to receive 7 mil in deferred shares if the company hit a performance milestone of 7m cumulative revenue by Dec. 2020.
