Their coverage IMO was extremely poor, to be honest they are doing extremely well out of the options, 5mil x 12c (difference between heads and options) = $600k. I personally don't believe their coverage was worth paying, let alone making $600k out of shareholders. The only positive, FSB are paying us $900k (if all options are converted) which may reduce the possibility of a CR as @daveg suggested last month.
