The following from the announcement on Lyramid -
Raises an interesting point Pharma. If the fee is in connection with Lyramid then the deal must be done as the fee is payable on completion of the sale. I must say that I am frustrated by the lack of information provided on this deal.
Perhaps the Consultant is wary of doing business with Cellmid in view of the Ikon case and requires payment up front.
