The 2A announcements on 11 Jan and 18 Jan are not duplicates. The difference can be seen in the Total number of securities on issue on page 13 which on 18 Jan was 1,627,341,588, and 11 Jan it was 5 million less.

15 Dec - 10 million shares issued for Long Term Incentive Plan bringing number of shares issued to

11 Jan another 5,750,000 shares issued – exercise of options @ 20c = $1.15m. Options were originally issued under Put Option Agreement (LDA) on 15 August 2020.

18 Jan – another 5,000,000 shares issued – exercise of options at 20c = $1m

So a total of 10.75m shares issued for $2.15m on 11 and 18 January.
