Because roughly 125,344,599 or approximately 75% of the total amount of unlisted 3.0 cent options are held by the ' Insiders ' and other Top 20 long standing supporting shareholders.And this is because only 41,647,702 were taken up in the rights offer of ONE 3.0 cent option for every TWO shares at 8.6 cents at around the conclusion of that rights issue around August / September 2019So YES - Everyone getting in on the Act , and a MASSIVE vote of confidence in my opinion........
