1. options do not get 'lost' in the event of any sort of corporate action
2. i don't think you need to have a fear of takeover happening at this phase of development. until comercialisation is proven no big player would contemplate it.
3. if anything does happen (eventually) rest assured it will be at a massive premium. our bod would have every scenario played out and if any one player wants to get control of this tech they will be paying a motza . . but i don't see this happening with the path to narket and licensing approach being used.
4. if anyone had accumulated 5% we would have seen a substantial holders notice. with only 160 odd mil shares on issue (diluted) 5% is just 8 mil shares . . you cpudl take options put kf that so substantial notice would be rwquored for holding of approx 6m . . not much!! we saw yesterday 600k shares being fobbled up in 20 min. i feel the major buying over last 4 months and the multiple $100k . . $200k plus purchases are for high net worth / sophisticated investors who became aware of wbt after last cap raise.
5. the migration of registry over last 4 mths and the cap raise at 1.70 i feel is part of the strategic plan of the BOD to strengthen the registry and help defend the company from take over and ,.,. once atock really atarts moving we will all enjoy the benefits of a tightly held stock!!!
