Held by directors and management? What a load of rubbish!
They were issued to sophs in a private placement in October last year. They got shares at 0.012c with two options per three shares. Exercise price 0.02c.
Gee, I wonder who who is doing all the selling while retailers snap up these ‘bargain’ 4-5c shares?
Paul’s mates are making bags, and in a few months time the SP will be back down to 1-2c. Then they’ll acquire another ‘hot’ project and fleece another bunch of uneducated retailers.
I know why Paul was smirking...
