I haven't been following ANW for a while, but just poked my head in to see how things are going and saw this question so I went back to my old tracker which hadn't been updated since October and filled in all the content up to now..
Since my last update (21st Oct 2020) they have issued about 430m shares to repay $435m of the Convertible note, plus roughly 5b shares in placements and about 1b shares to DGR and directors to cover debts.
At my last update, there was just over 3.5b shares on issue with $1.985m remaining owing on the convertible note, and now there is just over 10b shares with $1.64m still outstanding on the convertible notes.
In order to pay that off at the price of most recent conversion (0.1c), it will require another 1.6b shares to be issued which would put total shares at just over 11.7b.
