Yeah, technically I guess they could, but I wouldn't count on that being how they spend their cash.
This is the three Convertible Notes that they have been being paying down gradually since the first conversion on 12th April 2019. In three lots, they raised $3.5m (and had $4.2m to pay back in shares). They have only paid off a little over half of it so far. In practical terms, they are still paying off money they borrowed and spent in mid 2018.
