why would you think that? They have been in the money for a long time and were only just converted due to expire date.
the person could have converted them long ago and made a good sum but was happy to hold out till now as the date has forced the hand.
that gives me Huuuuge confidence that they didn’t worry about the share price retracting and them missing some decent coin. If anything it’s very bullish that they believe in the share price continued rise. If I was sitting on such a profit before and was worried then I would have converted and locked it in.
