If it's the Marcus Today crowd it's more likely one of positioning rather than pump and dump, which probably explains the one day spike a couple of days ago. The link you make between TNT and BPP is an interesting one and I reckon the answer is in the next graphic you provided - Geoff Lord (Chairman of Belgravia). I reckon the punt here is that Geoff can help BPP realise value in a similar way to TNT, but not overnight. Given the recent placement was at 2.5c, in my opinion it's worth a punt at the current price.
