Again, without commenting on it's efficacy, this tells me that they are doing this under a fairly strict compliance oversight situation. The New Chairman must be busy.

It seems like we do not have the complete picture, an acquisition ANN may be what is missing, that might presents a more tangible financial picture.

I wonder what Creditor took the Equity flip deal, baked in a discount no doubt, wonder if it has a hold date on liquidating it.

The theme here is to clean all problems from the balance sheet. Not a bad move, a lot of work for something.
