Now is the time for management to release some commentary around the situation post raise.
It wouldn't be hard for the board to release a statement to suggest they may be;
- happy with how the raise went, - confident in the partners of the raise (i.e. Shaw and if they are going to produce/distribute any research), - seeing a plan taking shape on the BFS, - perhaps (still) continuing talks with 3rd parties (as slated on May 27).
It would be disappointing if the funds/brokers involved were using any influence to stop/slow the flow of commentary from the co. around progress.
