44 million shares is less raised than sougth / communicated ?? I thought $3.25m worked out to 50,000,000 shares
is the difference the ones that may need to be voted for as a resolution at the AGM ?
If so, suggests Insiders maybe ? 5 days away from any substantial / insider disclosures anyway I guess.
