Regarding your post in MTC today, which I don't intend to respond in the thread, as I sold my shares, let me say I like your line of thought, but you forgot to consider two other options.

1) 'Minerva' is a decoy, not by a chinese entity, but by RM. In that case, there was never an offer. Only a plan to induce one. And also for other reasons related with that person that I won't develop.

2) In case of an real chinese entity, nothing stops Gino from resigning from the board in a month or two, and then sell his shares for, let's say, 40c, getting a nice profit. Retail would never see a dime.

That does not mean it will happen this way, but I am very wary of the involvement of RM in this or any other story.

No more from me regarding MTC. I'm just telling you this, so you can cover all your bases. It's not an advice.
