E.G. buy 1mil share now at current price for 68k, and get 13k in specie shares.
That’s nearly 20% of the SP in specie value….
Plus add about 10mil to HRZ balance sheet in the retaining the other 1/2 of Richmond shares.
hopefully we get some news out soon on the upcoming toll treatment in the new year.
