An interesting AGM to say the least .
Would MAY vote against the remuneration report resulting in a spill and a vote ?
MAY cannot vote FOR the in specie distribution but I am not sure if they cannot vote AGAINST it ?
Hard to see why they would.
The sum of the parts I hope are an improvement on MEL's current price.
Will make the options less likely to be in the money in less than a years time.
