Add to today another 105 million shares... that brings it to over 205 million shares
They would've had "inside information" and done their due diligence. For them to pay a premium, they must be super confident of a big return on their investment. No one would throw that much money at a failing company.
Big show of confidence here.. this announcement is almost as good as Nick buying more shares IMO.
