    I foresee a significant event happening in the next 3 weeks and so if i buy today is that insider trading?

    It is quite clear that brazil is about to go live with full content and VOD plus Smartfren is about to go live any day now, for a holder like Cancun who has owned shares for a number of years maybe they saw an opportunity that outweighed risk.
