Would of been nice to see some forward thinking though Mrs Peel should the need for further cash arise again - if they were giving away these options with the intention of receiving that $4m from conversion anytime soon based on the near "money" value why not issue with more astutenes ie. 12 month as opposed to 5 year terms & keeping them off market so exercise is forced as opposed to trade for any monetary gain realised by recipients. Attaching the options was really not neccesary for the placement takers given the discount already offered & should of been utilised more to the benefit of the company.
Just whinging - done now.. lol
