    Agree.
    If they don't convert within 2 years, they get their $2m back plus options etc. I think they will take the conversion.
    3B issued for a proposed US$1.78 and US$0.5m worth of conversions. Number of shares issued will depend on timing of each trigger.
    If this is not Bergen selling it could lead to conspiracy theories among shareholders.
