    my reading suggests conversion is in 2years, and the price can be set then with a few options, or the money repaid. I suggest this question gets asked at agm and a full exp sought. The earnings from my take covers ado costs so the Bergen deal was to cover earnout IF no other revenue appears. We are all awaiting said revenue. 7 more days trading til some figures.
