It also means there's no news on the horizon otherwise these guys would be in a trading blackout.
I don't know who the new chairman is, but he needs to start thinking about the 30% of non-institutional shareholders and tell them what's happening. The 70% of institutional shareholders will know exactly what the play is and who's doing what.
