I spoke to Kevin Kye the Compnay secretary to establish if the conversation will be a problem.
He confirmed its EAS (Eddy Sugar) which formed a part of the fee structure that was agreed to when they first came on to assist with Alexium over a year ago. One has to be content with Mr Sugar as a shareholder. COnsidering he is a responsible person, we have little to worry about and everything to be content with , with him being on the register.
