    Possible with the big drops lately that some cannot afford to pick em up right now. Pretty unlikely though.

    VERY unlikely. They would have just needed $7,700 to exercise enough of the held options at 10c to then sell on-market to then have enough money to exercise the rest (based on 70c share price). Just mad to let 10c options expire when the share price is 70c.
