I just got email saying:
As the share purchase plan was oversubscribed, those investors who requested more than $2000 worth of shares have been allocated shares on a pro-rata basis. Refunds are scheduled to be distributed by Computershare on Tuesday 7 January. Refunds will be made to the bank account registered on your holding and if there is no bank account registered, then a cheque will be sent to your registered address.
