My haven't appeared in my comsec account either.
But they have been issued. Go to automic. And go through the 'single access login' aspect and you will see they are there.

Hit investor login button etc and follow the steps - click Single Holding Access step first etc:

Not sure when they are transferred to comsec etc, but in the past wasn't quick from recollection.
