the consideration for the allocation is stated as "resolution of dispute re allocation of shares in 2004", same statement appears as reason for issue. i.e. 500,000 shares issued in relation to settlement of an old dispute.
Can anyone shed any light as to whether this might relate to the CHM dispute? Or was there another dispute re Crosslands or OPR ? Doesn't say who the shares are to be issued to unfortunately..
