On 19 July 2019, the Company issued 2,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares (Shares), upon exercise
of 2,000,000 unlisted Zelda options to acquire Shares that were exercisable at $0.03125 per
option, expiring on 17 November 2021; and
The Shares were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;
