This follows on from the 75 million awarding of shares for the same sort of services earlier this year.

I notice the beneficial owner is never disclosed but if you look at it from a success fee point of view its hard to justify IMO as although there has been announcements to the market but there has been no substantive commercialisation of any deals thus far, just the internal development and release of the K2 App.

A great gig we would all like to be able to partake of.

A cynic would say that the posting at the close of business after a day of share uplift via a positive announcement gives somewhat an appearance of stage management set of releases IMO.

If I knew this was coming I would have dumped a few shares at 2c during the day predicting this announcement will in all likelihood IMO be received at best neutral and at worst deflationary to the SP.

Why were the 2 announcements not made together at the start of trading today which IMO would be true timely and continuous disclosure for anyone making a buy decision today.
