At the end of the day, financial institutions aren't exactly scrambling to provide finance as insinuated in a few quarterlies, otherwise it would be done imo. This is a classic example of a minnow ASX company providing shareholders with vague, uncompromising hope, dragging out a potential announcement that you and I hope forth comes.

Due diligence from banks or any other institution does take time, but not this long. Especially if per the quarterly, there are more than one that MSR can choose from....Pure speculation on my behalf but getting community support for the project and the reluctance for locals to support mining and foreign investment is the sticking point.

Project is great but getting community support and finance are extremely large hurdles. Would be nice and refreshing for it to be told as it is for a change, sick of the games.
