One thing more to note is that if they wanted a crap deal for shareholders then they could have got finance from a shark months ago. The better the finance deal the more strict the lending requirements are just like if you or me wanted a loan. The fact they (MSR) are waiting until the very end of plant approval process should tell you they are probably negotiating a very good deal with excellent terms. Anyway need to go outside now and check if the sky is falling .....
