Looking to others for help in understanding how many shares are in play based on 3B. Under "item 8" in 3B report we have 53.69m ordinary shares currently being quoted on ASX. This includes (8.54m) just issued under latest CR, and the (45.14m) ordinary shares previously quoted.
Then under "item 9" we have a bunch of shares issued, but not quoted on ASX. These include ordinary shares issued and escrowed as part of acquisition (totalling 13.35m), performance shares issued and escrowed as part of acquisition (22.21m) for milestones 1, 2, 3 and 4, some new performance shares (1.80m) for the VWAP milestones, and then some options issued worth (9.55m) so that all adds up to 45.11m shares.
Does this mean in reality there will be 98.80m total shares quoted on ASX (53.69m + 45.11m) when all performance targets are met, and everyone takes up their options?
