@JFI what's the go here?.... I've not long noticed the ructions and the 249d....at first glance this seems like a retaliatory move....or have I missed something??
If it is a hostile move, it should be looked at as I am under the understanding that when a 249 is underway, then the company enters a " caretaker" phase....but...I can't be sure...
Having been involved in a similar situation several months back, this intrigues me, aside for the fact that SCI interests me
