Good explanation JFI , I was wondering also about where the voting rights will be directed to from the recent placement. The cynic in me would think it was done expressly to guzump any shareholder backlash, as to why they did not try and put some effort to start the DFI over this last quarter is just irresponsible imo.
That above link will give the most recent top twenty list as of the 25th September so it would have taken into account the churn in that share spike to 2.1c The top twenty prior to the placement hold 43.92% , I know that there is at least close to 16% from that top twenty which includes the 249D amount that are voting against the board.
I think there may be a very good chance we will get to 25% needed.
