These are people exercising their options. You can see the remaining options and their exercise price and expiry date in the same document. There is no doubt that some of this downward SP movement is due to some option holders selling some of their heads to exercise their options. Also this overhang of nearly 11mil listed options will expire end of 2017. From my understanding, SP tends to move up after expiry of options.
