I think you'll find that all shares for services rendered were at an agreed price.. The only time they were disclosed was either at the agm (through voted resolutions), or via 3B's (when the shares were actually issued.. So if the shares were voted on, they would be disclosed twice.. If the shares weren't voted on, they were disclosed once.. Hope that helps..
