The only time they were disclosed was either at the agm (through voted resolutions), or via 3B's (when the shares were actually issued.. So if the shares were voted on, they would be disclosed twice.. If the shares weren't voted on, they were disclosed once.. Hope that helps..

Why would BIG need to pay FC for services rendered?

FC provide cash flow funding service to BIG clients, why would BIG need to pay for that?
