What services were agreed upon I don't know.. To say the shares were purchased may mean they intended to buy them, but provided services in lieu of cash.. They have an investor roadshow coming up (this week or next) according to Monday's update, and it will include more details about the relationship with Finstro. Until then we wait, but it doesn't appear that the asx has an issue with disclosure - otherwise there would be a please explain letter (and probably suspension until answered).
